Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, a Purchaser is not completely satisfied with an Earthlite portable table, chair, or accessory, they may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund (excluding shipping charges on the original order). Customized or upgraded tables, chairs, and accessories are non-refundable. Standard stationary and lift tables, may be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges on the original order) less a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be pre-authorized by providing proof of original purchase to obtain an Earthlite Return Material Authorization (RMA), as well as be in new condition and in the original packaging. Purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping charges. An RMA number is required for all returns. Any returned items without an Earthlite Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will not be processed.

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process a refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take 5-10 business days for a refund to be posted to Purchaser’s account.
